You can cancel or pause your membership and subscription at any time. To cancel or pause subscriptions, please email our team at hi@getcurex.com.

Immunotherapy Plans

For Curex’s customized sublingual immunotherapy plans, you will receive a refund for any drops shipments that have not yet been prepared. We will notify you before any drops compound is prepared, typically 2 weeks before it is due (to allow time for pharmacy compounding and shipment). For annual and three year plans, patients receive prorated refunds.


Concierge Blood Draw

Requisitions that have not been signed by a provider are eligible for a full refund. Requisitions that have already been signed are eligible for a refund of the amount paid minus $25.


In-Person Blood Draw

Requisitions that have not been signed by a provider are eligible for a full refund. Requisitions that have already been signed are non-refundable.


At-Home Test Kit

The home test kit is eligible for a full refund if it has not been shipped yet. If the kit has shipped, it is eligible for a refund of the amount paid minus $25, for the non-refundable kit and shipping. All kits expire after 3 months.


Ravkoo Pharmacy

Pharmacy products are not eligible for a refund after they’ve been shipped.
