Sublingual immunotherapy drops are an off-label administration of FDA-approved allergen extracts used in allergy shots. Though the drops format has not been FDA approved yet, it is strongly medically supported by a great deal of international experience and clinical research (we can share some examples with you). Allergy drops are the first line treatment in Western Europe and are increasingly common in the United States.
